We had a problem with a line card in a Cisco catalyst switch. It effected our mail system and a access switchen connected to customers dedicated servers. The line card is now replaced.

There was a network interrupt in Falkenberg. This was due to our transit providers had a problem. The problem should now be resolved. If it comes back again we will shutdown the session with that transit provider during the evening.

We experienced power problems today in a pair of server racks in server room FBG-1A because of a mislabelled group of fuses in our electric switch gear. Servers lost power for about 5 minutes.
The effected server was only colocation servers that dont have UPS connected. None of GleSYS infrastructure and servers was effected.

There was a big fiber cut in Örebro. Our fiber between Stockholm and Falkenberg was effected. The internal traffic was automaticly rerouted over a VPN tunnel. There was no downtime because of this.

We have a problem with one of the cloud nodes in Falkenberg.
The problem is now resolved, and affected servers are starting up.

We are experiencing a hardware problem on a hardware node located in Stockholm
This is the third time within 48 hours this has happaned on the same node.
We have tried to find the problem but cant find it. Because of that we will start migrate all servers to new hardware today. All customers which are located on this node has been notied by email.

Technician had to go to site and the problem is now resolved.

This is due to a access switch that has a hardware problem.
The problem will be resolved within 10 minutes.
